Answer: Nope, sorry! For hygiene reasons, all wig sales are final. We want every queen to get a fresh, unused crown. 👑

Question: What if my parcel gets lost?
Answer: We use Pudo via The Courier Guy for deliveries. While we’ll help where we can, Lace & Bonnets isn’t liable for loss or theft during transit.

Question: How do I keep my wig looking fabulous?
Answer: Follow our hair care guidelines! Improper handling or styling can damage your wig, and we can’t take responsibility for that.

Question: Do you make the wigs?
Answer: Nope! We’re proud resellers who source from trusted suppliers to bring you the best
